Sarah Collett

LCSW, APHSW-C, and an end-of-life and grief specialist with nearly 18 years of experience supporting patients and families through serious illness, grief, loss, and end-of-life care.

She currently serves as a Clinical Social Worker and Director of Grief Support & Bereavement Services, where she leads the development of innovative bereavement programming, grief support initiatives, community outreach, and staff education.

Sarah specializes in grief counseling, anticipatory grief, caregiver support, suicide prevention education, and building evidence-based bereavement programs that extend compassionate care beyond the bedside and into the community. As a certified QPR Gatekeeper Trainer, she is passionate about equipping individuals, organizations, and communities with practical tools to recognize warning signs of suicide, respond with confidence, and connect people to support before a crisis escalates.

Her passion for QPR training is deeply rooted in years of walking alongside individuals and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Through both her clinical work and educational leadership, Sarah is committed to creating spaces where conversations about grief, mental health, and suicide prevention are approached with compassion, honesty, and hope.
