For the past five years, he has also taught Perspectives on the World Christian Movement on college campuses, drawing on his extensive international experience to help others better understand cultures, communities, and global mission. His experience also includes working as an adjunct professor at Columbia International, teaching K-12 students in southern Spain, and working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse cultural and ministry contexts.

Shaun currently works for North Point Ministries as a Men’s and Married Groups Director and leads the church's Spanish Ministry, providing pastoral leadership and helping cultivate meaningful connection and community across cultures. 

As a QPR Instructor, Shaun brings a unique combination of academic, cross-cultural, teaching, and pastoral experience to conversations surrounding mental health and suicide prevention.
